These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the everyof products and websites, operated by Periodica LTDA. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these Terms.

The service

everyof provides a portfolio of operational products, available as managed cloud or as self-hosted software under a license. We may add, change or remove features over time.

Accounts

You are responsible for the activity under your account and for keeping your credentials secure. You must provide accurate information and use the service in compliance with applicable laws.

Plans, billing & trials

Paid plans are billed in advance and/or on a metered basis as described at sign-up. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. You can change or cancel your plan from your account; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Self-hosted use is governed by the applicable license.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to disrupt it, access data that isn't yours, or use it to send unlawful or abusive content.

Availability & warranties

We work to keep the service available and reliable, but it is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Self-hosted deployments are operated by you, and their availability is your responsibility.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Periodica LTDA is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amounts you paid for the service in the preceding twelve months.

Changes & termination

We may update these Terms; material changes will be communicated through the service. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
